FOUNDER

Anjali Bidani, M.A. Industrial Organizational Psychology, has been a FINRA Series 7 Registered Representative for Private Equity, and a theatrical stage manager working across venues from Broadway and London to storefront Chicago theaters, and everywhere in between. Every work experience she has had informs how she believes organizations can shift from places where humans work to survive, to places where they thrive.

Anjali also holds a B.A. in Psychology and Cognitive Science, with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience, which informs the training she designs and offers to organizations. It all comes down to our brains and how they navigate a world full of threat, perceived and real. She believes that understanding 1, how our brains “see” our surroundings, 2, the predictions they make to keep us safe, and 3, how miscommunication is bound to happen in the workplace because of how our brains are wired is the first step in individuals and groups co-creating deep trust amongst each other.
